We are pleased to accept exchanges of any unworn  BOUTIQUE items, in perfect condition. You may exchange merchandise within 3 days after receiving your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!!! If you need to exchange an item you are responsible for shipping and handling.  Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available in your size, you can exchange for another item of equal value or you will be issued an electronic merchandise credit.



How soon is my order shipped?


All Boutique items are shipped within 24-48hrs after the order has been placed (excluding weekends and Federal holidays). For example, if an order is placed on Monday before 11:00 pm EST, the item will be shipped on

Tuesday or Wednesday. 

All orders placed on Saturday/Sunday

will be shipped on Monday.


All Custom items are shipped within 24-48hrs after PROCESSING TIME. **Please see processing time in the product description of each custom item**

The processing time on our custom items is

typically 3-5 business days.



How long will it take to receive my order?


You will receive your item within 1-3 business days
(not including Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays).

Orders are shipped through USPS:

Priority Mail (U.S. Only) at a flat rate of $8.00.

Express shipping (U.S. Only) at a flat rate of $25.00. 

International shipping at a flat rate of $25.00.


What are Custom orders?

Our CUSTOM COLLECTION contains all original

handmade pieces. Designs are one of a kind and are made once your order has been placed. We take custom

orders by special request on many items.
